After graduating from the University of Florida's Frederic G. Levin's School of Law in 1994, Stephen K. Miller founded his own law firm. From those origins as a solo practitioner working out of offices in Gainesville and Chiefland, the Law Offices of Stephen K. Miller has continued to grow

He practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, criminal Law, business law, family law, probate, and traffic Law. Prior to founding the firm, Stephen served as a police officer in Volusia County and Alachua County, Florida.

Mr. Miller has more than 20 years of law enforcement, technology, and investigation experience providing him unique insights into the latest collaboration technologies and tools that are the most important current developments in legal technology today. That allows him to provide the most efficient investigative services for you, including locating and/or identifying possible witnesses, conducting witness interviews, taking statements and photography. In addition, Mr. Miller can conduct background witness investigations of the witnesses for both sides of a case in order to provide better representation.
